Terms and Conditions
for Premium Household Services 

Our commitments:

•    We commit to maintaining a professional appearance at all time (uniform and indoor shoes).

•    Maintain the confidentiality agreement by exercising discretion consistently.

•    Efficient problem-solving that enhances both client and company value.

•    Interact with every client with respect and integrity.

•    Premium household services is covered by commercial general business liability insurance.

 

1. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Premium Household Services (PHS) offers only services within the boundaries of legality, ethics, safety, and socially responsible.

3. Services will be provided during agreed-upon time slots, and any changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Additional services requested won’t incur any extra charges. However, we will likely need more time to perform these types of services, and you will be charged by hour.

5. All prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.

6. Listed prices are exclusive of taxes. Additional taxes (HST) will be applied at checkout.

 

Payments method and terms

Payment options include: bank e-transfer, cheque, cash and some primary credit cards.

A user fee of 3% of your balance will be charged when processing your credit card payment.

 

For new Clients, 50% of the total service amount is required as a prepayment, with the balance due upon receipt of the invoice.

Once services become regular, full payment is expected upon invoice receipt.

We appreciate your cooperation.

Late payments may be subject to additional charges or service suspension.

 

 

Fees

The fees quoted in the confirmation email are estimates only and are subject to adjustments as outlined in these terms, depending on the current state of the premises.

PHS reserves the right to modify both duration and associated fees, with prior communication to the client before commencing the work. All fees  exclude applicable taxes.

 

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that if you need to cancel, skip or reschedule your services, please notify us 48 hours before your scheduled day via text message or email.

If PHS receives less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged for a half the amount of your scheduled services.

If you notify PHS upon arrival that we cannot enter the premises, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled services.

The termination notice period for either party is 2 weeks. 

However, specific terms and conditions regarding termination are available on request.

Mileage:

Mileage charges may apply for services provided outside a 30 km radius; details will be disclosed beforehand.

 

Extra hours and Statutory Holidays

Our regular business hours are:

Monday to Friday: 8 am to 7 pm

Saturday: 9 am to 4 pm

Sunday closed

Any services or work performed outside of regular business hours, such as evening, overnights, week -ends, statutory holidays will incur a surcharge.

 

About the Residence

Clutter:

Optimal cleaning outcomes are achievable when we face minimal clutter. Excessive clutter in the premises may impact the initial estimate and could necessitate additional time, as reflected in a revisited request.

 

24-hour Satisfaction Assurance

Acknowledging the personal nature of cleaning services, we understand that, on rare occasions, an area may not meet your satisfaction. While refunds are not provided, if you express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of any serviced area within 24 hours of your appointment, we will revisit the premises at no additional cost to address and reclean the specified areas.

Keys and Alarm

We need easy access to your residence to perform the requested services.

Either provide us with a key, which will be securely stored at our office, or you must be present during the service.

Clients are responsible for disarming security alarms before scheduled service.

Damage and Loss

Premium Household services is bonded and insured. You must notify us of any damage to or loss of property within 48 hours after completion of the applicable service.

However, there is some limitations and exclusions of liability (list available on request).
